Our Services

CrossFit Aestus offers programming for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a professional, a novice, a child, or an adult, we have a variety of options for you to choose from. We provide traditional CrossFit classes as well as specialized training such as Olympic lifting. Choose your fitness adventure and get started now!

  • CrossFit

    CrossFit aims to improve 10 basic skills: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The exercises allow you to develop a full range of motion and promote mid-line stability. CrossFit builds your general physical capacity with multi-joint movements you already do on a day-to-day basis.

  • Foundations

    Foundations includes six 1-on-1 sessions designed to introduce the basics of CrossFit training. We’ll conduct a functional movement screening to assess your strength, weaknesses, and overall mobility. We’ll also do a body composition analysis, and provide free nutrition counseling. Plus, you’ll attend a goal setting session, where you’ll chat with a coach and create a fitness plan.

  • Boot Camp

    Our boot camp is designed to maximize your fitness by using various body weight movements and objects, like kettlebells and medicine balls. It’s a total body workout that will increase your overall fitness faster. We focus on running, squats, sit-ups, push-ups, jumping rope, dumbbells and more! The class performs a different workout every day, so it will keep your body guessing.

  • CrossFit Kids

    CrossFit Kids is a full spectrum program focused on the development of physical fitness in kids ages 6-11. Our main goal is to teach children safety in sports while enhancing their performance, and preventing injuries. Scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So, your little athlete will do better on the field and in the classroom.

  • CFA Evolve

    Designed for ages 12-16, Evolve is a developmental fitness program that incorporates the methods of CrossFit Teens. The class is done in levels with athletes taking a systemic approach to learning new skills. Each one-hour session focuses on interval training that incorporates weightlifting, plyometrics, and endurance workouts that increase flexibility, mobility, and speed.

  • Personal Training

    Sometimes your workout needs some special attention. With Personal Training, we can create a program that’s geared to your specific needs. Receive sports-specific coaching, improve individual skills (weightlifting, gymnastics, etc.) or rehab an injury.

    • $54 per hour for 6 session package - 10% discount
    • $48 per hour for 12 session package - 20% discount
  • Weight Lifting

    Learn the basic technique behind the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch and other lifts. Whether you’re looking to gain strength or compete in the sport, the class is available every two times per week with the dates and times varying per session

  • Nutrition

    The best workout in the world won’t work without the right meal plan. We’ll help you find the proper diet for your body type, goals, and specific health needs. Nutritional guidance is critical for achieving long-term success. The right diet can kick any fitness plan into high gear.

    When you look at the Crossfit Fitness Pyramid, the foundation is nutrition. Dialing in your nutrition is a vital component in achieving optimal health, weight and performance goals.
    We spent nearly a year researching nutrition programs to find one that we felt was the best fit for the values and ideals that CrossFit Aestus exemplifies.
    That is why we have partnered with Nicole Marchand Aucoin, Registered Dietitian and owner of Healthy Steps Nutrition, to provide you with a nutrition program that has proven success. Nicole has worked with thousands of clients including Games athletes and CrossFit Affiliates around the world.
    We are excited to announce that we now offer a customized nutrition program to our members and the community. This Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. This is a teaching program that will help you understand what to eat and achieve your goals one step at a time!
    Our program will give you access to a coach that you can sit down and discuss your goals with. This provides accountability on a daily basis with a someone you know and who knows you.
