Welcome to Aestus Fitness

At CrossFit Aestus, the first thing you’ll notice is our vibe. This is most comfortable environment you’ve ever seen in a gym, period. There is no intimidation factor here. Ours is a culture of achievement and fun! We know you won’t stick to a workout you don’t really enjoy – so we make sure you do!

Our supportive community of coaches and members will nurture your motivation with plenty of high fives and cheers during your toughest workouts. And no matter where you are today – a first-timer or an elite athlete – we scale every workout so you get maximum results every time!

Yes. Everyone can do our workouts regardless of age and current fitness level. The program can be modified for each athlete to help him or her become fitter, stronger and healthier.
No. Our fitness program will get you in shape assuming proper nutrition is maintained. Our workouts are modified to help each person succeed, improve fitness and take daily steps toward a specific goals. As you become fitter, your workouts will be adjusted to challenge you at your new level.
First of all, anything done incorrectly can be dangerous. By going through proper technique at every class, and learning how to properly scale/ adjust workouts and movements, workouts are made safe, while also challenging you. We focus on Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity.
